Monitor vendor compliance with routing, delivery, packaging, labeling, and ASN requirements Manage vendor chargebacks, including assessment, documentation, dispute resolution, and recovery Develop and maintain vendor performance scorecards and operational reports Identify trends and root causes of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions Maintain and enforce the Vendor Routing Guide and compliance guidelines Serve as a primary contact for vendor compliance questions and issue resolution Partner cross-functionally to improve compliance execution and reduce downstream operational impact Support process improvement initiatives and maintain compliance-related SOPs 2-3 years of experience in Vendor Compliance, Supply Chain, Transportation, Distribution, or Retail Operations Experience supporting vendor chargebacks or compliance enforcement programs preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting tools preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and internal partners Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis.
