Logistic Subject Matter Expert About the Role Join us as a Logistics Subject Matter Expert and play a key role in driving operational excellence, business performance, and digital transformation across our logistics organization. This high impact position combines hands-on execution, process optimization, project leadership, and data driven decision making in a dynamic production environment. What You Will Do * Own logistics execution within your subdomain, ensuring smooth, stable, and efficient logistic execution * Act as the go-to expert for operational collaborative performance and problem solving * Lead continuous improvement initiatives that deliver real business impact * Drive adoption of advanced tools, automation, and AI-based solutions * Manage projects end-to-end as a PMO lead, from definition through execution * Translate data into insights, actions, and measurable improvements * Collaborate across planning, manufacturing, quality, and support teams What We’re Looking For * 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations. * Proven success leading projects and process improvement initiatives. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Experience in complex, high-volume environments. * Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change. * Full-time onsite.
