You'll work with your hands, using tools and blueprints, to create products that meet our customers' needs. It's all about making sure everything fits together perfectly! Key Responsibilities: - Use hand tools to assemble HVAC units. - Follow blueprints to build products according to customer specifications. - Ensure all components are correctly installed and working properly. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Report any issues or defects to supervisors promptly. - Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications: Required Education: - High school education or equivalent experience Required Experience: - Experience in using hand tools effectively - Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints - Previous experience in assembling mechanical or HVAC units is a plus Required Skills and Abilities: - Ability to follow detailed instructions and specifications - Strong attention to detail and quality control - Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination - Ability to work well in a team environment - Basic problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot - Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools
