Job Summary: The Continuous Improvement Leader – Supply Chain leads site-level Continuous Improvement projects by partnering with Distribution Center leadership to drive end-to-end improvements. You’ll deliver sustained performance gains through disciplined problem solving, standardization, and strong cross-functional leadership. Job Responsibilities: • Build strategic partnerships with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Process Improvement Manager to drive end-to-end site improvements • Apply continuous improvement tools (RCA, time & motion, SPC, process deviation, 5S, Six Sigma) to eliminate losses and create standards that sustain gains • Support WPS effectiveness by engaging leaders, demonstrating results, and strengthening problem-solving capability across the building • Evaluate the effectiveness of plans/programs and improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness through stakeholder input and data • Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
