Location(s) • Mumbai - Maharashtra - India Portfolio Consulting Professional – Digitalisation & IoT applications Role Headline Role of Portfolio Consulting Professional – IoT & Digitalisation, would require the candidate to act as Subject Matter Expert, alongwith strong Technical Promotion & Salesmanship for IoT & Digitalisation applications (cloud/ on-premise), to address challenges of Large to Medium sized power distribution systems/ networks, promoting use cases e.g. Medium voltage Asset Management, Condition monitoring, Protection Faults management & Cyber security in various customer segment. Should have proactive attitude and approach for developing market opportunities across verticals & accelerate IoT business growth. Roles & Responsibilities • Demonstrate skills, attitude & continuously gain knowledge as subject matter experts for IoT & Digitalisation world and its benefits to end users • Technical promotions, workshops & prescription of IoT/ Digitalisation solutions and its use-cases across various sectors like Utilities, Industries & Infra. · Driving pre-sales activities for targeting & mapping new projects/ investments in early stages • Responsible for achieving business unit targets for IoT/ Digitalisation portfolio • Preparing techno-commercial offers for IoT/ Digitalisation solutions involving hardware, software etc. in consultation with other bidding teams. · Order booking activities & handing over to IoT project management for smooth execution • Engaging with Consultants for pushing IoT & Digitalisation Solutions • Supporting front end Regional Sales teams by driving prescription actions & technical support • Conduct workshops, trainings & knowledge sharing sessions with front end sales teams, make regional strategies & Go-To Market approaches for IoT market development • Participation in Industry Events, Fairs and explore industry policies & channels to promote IoT/ Digitalisation portfolio · Maintaining & updating data in lead generation tools and trackers, with high quality inputs. • Gather market knowledge on competitor products & suitably strategize with their strengths & weakness. What we are looking for is • Candidate with Bachelor or Master’s Degree (full time) only in Electrical Engineering with good CGPA · Having 10 -15 years of experience in role of Technical Expert, Technical Sales, Prescriptive functions with good knowledge of medium voltage switchgears concepts & design (AIS, GIS) alongwith basic know-how of Protection Relays, Network Faults and Substation Automation System. • Knowledge of hardware, networking & cyber security architecture applicable for Digitalisation Environment e.g. IoT sensors, gateways, switches, modem, cloud, on-premise, typically, secure log-in, MFA used in IoT applications like condition monitoring, fault management, cyber security of OTs, energy management etc. • Knowledge of Power system networks, Primary and Secondary Medium voltage Air and Gas insulated switchgears, Protection & Automation concepts • Well versed in preparing customer specific value propositions & presentations • Flexible for frequent business travelling across region/ India based on the allocated tasks, business needs & activities. • CRM Skills for maintaining business relationships at all levels in customer organisation • Should be Self-starter, target driven approach, strong desire for generating IoT business with consultative selling approach. • Fast learnability as key competence, good verbal and written communication skills with growth mindset
