What you’ll bring • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field highly preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. • 7+ years of experience in network administration or engineering, including experience performing senior-level responsibilities. • At least two to three years of practical, hands-on experience working with network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and servers. • Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware, including replacing individual components. • Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Microsoft 365 administration and support in a corporate environment. • An understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security practices. • Experience coordinating infrastructure upgrades, migrations, or other technology projects. • Basic scripting skills, such as PowerShell or Python, and an interest in expanding your automation capabilities. • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently. • Manufacturing experience is preferred. Professional certifications are not required. • Site-specific on-call and after-hours support is required Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $95,300–$125,100. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
