Company: Gelest Inc. Job Description: Gelest, Inc., part of the Mitsubishi Chemical Group, is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in Morrisville, PA. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering innovative specialty chemical solutions to customers worldwide. The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for the adherence of processes and procedures to the Gelest Quality System by gathering and reviewing data and handling special projects. In addition, the Quality Assurance Technician will work closely with multiple departments within Gelest to aid in continuous improvement projects. Principal Accountabilities • Aid in the development of continuous improvement activities. • Maintain ISO compliance for certification as well as interpreting standards and apply them to the quality system. • Assist in the development and execution of continuous improvement projects. • Perform statistical and mathematical data collection related to continuous improvement projects. • Support ERP maintenance. • Assist in the investigation of out-of-specification batches. • Write Quality Documents and support testing related to customer feedback. • Other duties as assigned. Pay Transparency • The salary range for this position is $24 - $35. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
