The selected candidate will apply their skills in design in order to develop and support our “Design it Right” initiative for a variety of complex defense products and technologies. The selected candidate will have the opportunity, to acquire product knowledge, use and advance their technical skills on innovative technology while performing their assigned responsibilities in the product development on advanced projects in a Hybrid work format. The duties assigned to this senior engineering position, will include the following: • Translate system requirements into compliant complex printed board assembly designs • Analog, mixed-signal and digital CCA design, schematic capture and analysis • Technical trade studies, evaluation of technology insertion/upgrades, laboratory test and troubleshooting • Evaluate hardware module performance using simulation tools and prototype hardware in a Laboratory environment • Simplify the Engineering Service Model, knowledge transfer by mentoring junior engineering talent • Create design documentation and verification test procedures It will be expected that the candidate be proficient in state-of-the-art design and analysis tools, laboratory equipment and techniques, and executing in a small team environment.
