Job Details: Salary Range: $28.00 - $31.00Hourly, Assistant Manager, Production  Reports to: General Manager, Roasting and Production Direct Reports: none Key Relationships:  Internal: Director of Roasting, Roasting & Production department, store managers, ordering contacts, wholesale  External:  Wholesale customer ordering contacts Job Summary: Support efficient order packaging and distribution by ensuring the accuracy of orders entered and by setting up workflows for production days. Commitment  - Works diligently to support the success of Joe Roasting customers  - Meets and supports all regulatory and policy requirements - Works to incorporate Joe values into every task and relationship Craft  - Understands and supports the role of production as an important part of the quality of our coffee products - Understands and empathizes with the nuances of each production role to be a more Other Cultural and/or Leadership Expectations  Lead with Expertise Lead with Compassion Lead by Example Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications Relevant Skills, knowledge & ability -Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software (Google Docs, Microsoft Office) -Knowledge of CRM’s and other production systems or e-commerce software (Salesforce, Ship station, Wordpress, etc.) -Experience in coffee or similar packaging/production roles -1-2 years of experience in supervisory roles -Experience driving in NYC Education: NA Other  Requirements (e.g., language) -English -Valid Driver License Physical Requirements: -Ability to lift up to 50lb -Ability to work standing and moving in a non-climate-controlled environment
