Position Responsibilities: • Assess patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans. • Implement therapeutic strategies to improve patient functionality in daily activities. • Accurately document patient progress and therapy sessions in a timely manner. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure comprehensive care plans. • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and the use of assistive devices. Requirements • Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program. • Possession of a current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Arizona. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. • Preferred experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings. • Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in documentation.
