We are actively looking for a skilled RN to lead our Emergency Services team as the Director. Position Responsibilities: • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Department. • Manage staff relations, including performance management, recruitment, and conflict resolution. • Oversee departmental budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage vendor relations. • Enhance professional growth and integrate evidence-based practices into clinical protocols. Requirements • Current Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement. • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution. • Certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care. • Proven leadership experience in an Emergency Department setting. • Master's degree in nursing or a relevant field is preferred.
