This role involves evaluating and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders to enhance patient recovery and communication capabilities. Position Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and swallowing functions. • Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs. • Educate patients and their families about therapy goals and progress. • Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Requirements • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. • Current and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in Arizona. • ASHA certification and CPR certification are mandatory. • Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting is preferred. • Strong communication skills and clinical judgment are essential.
