fs3|Hodges is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Project Engineer to join our team. The Project Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of various construction projects, from inception to completion. Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. Responsibilities • Provide on-site technical and administrative support to the construction manager. • Responsible for project document control, i.e. RFIs, submittals, change orders, ASIs, etc. • Organize and maintain project files • Assist CM with change order management. The PE shall be able to independently review change order requests for merit and fair pricing, and prepare change orders for processing. • Manage the closeout and turn over process. • Assist CM to prepare project files for audit at project completion. • Site conditions verification and support as needed. Requirements • 3-6+/- years of project engineer experience, including major capital projects including commercial buildings, including laboratories, hospitals, or other building projects of a technical nature • Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials • Proficient in construction management software, such as Procore or Primavera P6 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) certification is preferred Benefits • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) • Paid Vacation • Training & Development
