At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll work with a clinical team that supports your training and professional growth. What you’ll do • Follow individualized treatment plans during one-to-one sessions. • Help clients practice daily living and personal care skills, which may include toileting and hygiene. • Record accurate data on client progress. • Communicate clearly with families, supervisors, and team members. • Attend scheduled sessions, staff meetings, and training. • Follow company policies and procedures.
