Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the managing electrical installation and utility for entire Business Unit including water and compressed air management. 1. Power and Electrical Installations , Transformers , Switch yards, Panels, , UPS , Inverters , Shop Floor Lightings , Office Electrical and Lightings. New projects, Expansion of electrical network, additional capacity augmentation. Energy management – Measurement, Audit, Follow up actions and Conservation. Power Quality Improvements. Ensure Electrical Safety across the plant -- Responding to safety committee requirements, elimination of causes resulting to unsafe conditions. Maintenance and up keeping DG set Lead utility circle for implementation of TPM. Monitor and minimize compressed air leakage in the plant. 2. MIS: Energy monitoring Records for Mohali manufacturing facility. Record and monitor power factor and PSEB bill. Maintain and monitor water consumption records Maintain Water Balance. Maintain and monitor Diesel consumption records Qualifications: B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering. • 4–10 years in plant maintenance (automotive/manufacturing preferred). • Specialized Knowledge: Electrical systems, utilities management, energy management, preventive maintenance, TPM, safety standards • Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
