Revenue has grown roughly 50% month over month, the team has scaled to around 70 people, and it is on track to more than double by year end. Engineering is Python-heavy and deeply agentic. The culture is fast, feedback-rich, low on bureaucracy, and fully in-person. The Opportunity Our partner is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to sit at the intersection of engineering and the customer. You will build real product while working directly with enterprise clients, roughly 70% deep technical work and 30% client-facing communication. You will own problems end to end in an environment where you rarely have all the data, and where agency and ownership are prized above process. Responsibilities • Build and ship backend systems in a Python-heavy, agentic codebase • Work directly with enterprise clients to deploy and tailor solutions • Translate ambiguous customer needs into working software • Operate with high autonomy and ownership under fast deadlines Requirements • 1-7 years of software engineering experience • Strong Python and backend fundamentals • Excellent communication; comfortable meeting and working with clients • Founding or early-stage startup experience preferred • Ability to operate in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
