Position Overview The Certified Medical Assistant / Front Desk Floater hybrid role will be approximately 80% clinical and 20% front desk, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing exceptional care to women. Key Responsibilities Clinical (Primary Duties - 80%): • Assist physicians with patient care and clinical procedures. • Record vital signs and obtain pertinent medical history. • Prepare patients for examinations and assist with minor procedures. • Clean, stock, and sterilize exam rooms and instruments. • Prepare and process lab specimens; perform quality assessments. • Document accurately in the EMR (GE Centricity preferred). • Monitor and manage medical supply inventory.
