In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience. Position Details: • Schedule: Monday, Thursday, & Friday • Locations: Fort Myers & Naples clinics • Compensation: $22-$25/hr • Paid training (may need to train in Miami; USA Clinics will cover expenses) Key Responsibilities: • Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience. • Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR). • Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification. • Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems. • Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment. • Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems. • Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments. Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent • 2-5 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant • Experience performing clinical duties such as vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection • Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or current CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification preferred. • Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in Spanish & English Benefits N/A INDM2
