We’re hiring an Installer - Holiday Lighting. This active, hands-on position is ideal for candidates with experience in construction, roofing, landscaping or other outdoor trades who enjoy physical, outdoor work in all weather conditions and delivering high-quality results. The role requires confidence working at heights, including climbing 28-foot ladders daily. Build a year-round career with us by starting in holiday lighting and transitioning into a full-time Lawn Care Technician - Pesticide Applicator role. We provide training and support to obtain your Massachusetts Pesticide License! We Offer: • Pay rate $22/hour with overtime during peak season • Schedule starting at 8:00am Mon-Fri and Saturdays • Benefits after 90 days: medical, dental, life, disability and paid time off • Simple IRA, referral bonuses, and company outings • Year-round employment as Lawn Care Technician – Pesticide Applicator Additional Requirements for our Installer: • Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED • Valid Massachusetts driver's license with 2+ years of driving history • Clean driving record • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally • Self-motivated, dependable and able to work independently and as a team • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions • Must pass a background check Physical Requirements include ability to: • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Walk, stand, climb, crouch, and perform physical work for extended periods • Work at heights and climb 28-foot ladders • Safely use small equipment, hand and power tools • Safely operate equipment within manufacturer’s 300 lb. weight limit Responsibilities for our Installer: • Load and unload trucks, trailers, materials and equipment • Prepare equipment and materials for daily installation projects • Install and remove holiday lighting and décor safely and efficiently • Apply decorating techniques for lighting bushes, windows, trees, roofs, etc. • Operate trucks, trailers, and bucket trucks • Inspect work to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction • Maintain vehicles, equipment, jobsites and a professional appearance • Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and team
