Requirements: • Experience level: 0-12 Months in US IT Staffing (only in recruiting - not sales/Marketing/HR) • Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process • Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EAD • Comfortable using job boards like dice/monster/CB/etc. • Strong experience working on Social networking using LinkedIn • Knowledge in W2 & C2C • Screening the candidates as per the required skill-set • Good rate negotiation skills • Excellent communication skills required • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Scheduling interviews and serving as the first point of contact for all the candidates at all levels. • Build a resume database for future prospects Shift Timing - 4 PM to 9 PM IST(Indian Standard Time) Office Location: 6th Floor, Q2, Cyber Towers, Hyderabad
