ABF Security is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a fast-paced security operations environment. This role handles day-to-day HR functions, ensures compliance with employment laws and partners with leadership to support workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management. Key Responsibilities • Administrate full-cycle recruitment for technicians, sales, and office staff • Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding documentation • Support employee relations, coaching, and performance improvement plans • Ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and OSHA requirements • Administer benefits (health, 401(k), PTO) and assist with payroll support • Track HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and labor costs • Support training, engagement, and retention initiatives Qualifications • 2+ years of HR experience required • Service, construction, or security industry experience preferred • Ability to support both field and office employees • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Core Competencies Integrity • Accountability • Problem-Solving • Operational Awareness If you thrive in a service-driven, growth-focused environment and want to make a direct operational impact, we encourage you to apply.
