As a Turf Route Manager, you will perform turfgrass applications, fertilization, disease control, and other lawn care services. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain a route of 400-500 residential and commercial lawn care customers • Perform weed control, fertilization, and other turf treatments • Provide exceptional customer service and account management • Handle turf bid requests and create proposals for potential clients • Efficiently manage daily routes to ensure timely and quality service • Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive lawn care solutions What we look for in a RYAN Turf Route Manager: • Self-motivated • Career-focused and driven • Thrives in a structured environment and is detail-oriented • Enjoys building relationships with customers, employees and industry partners Requirements • 3+ years of experience in green or agricultural industry preferred • High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor or Associates degree in agronomy, turfgrass or agricultural sciences is a plus) • Valid Driver's License • Ability to obtain DOT certification • Ability to obtain and maintain state issued pesticide applicator license, turfgrass within 3 months • Ability to lift 50 pounds ** SAFETY-SENSITIVE POSITION: This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment.
