Description Richmark Properties is currently seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee all aspects of maintenance operations at an apartment community. This position plays a critical role in maintaining property standards, ensuring resident satisfaction, and managing maintenance-related budgets and schedules. Requirements • EPA Universal or Type II HVAC Certification (Required) • Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general property maintenance (Required) • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician or Assistant Lead • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) • Must pass background screening and possess a valid driver’s license • Reliable transportation and availability for after-hours/on-call duties required
