Qualifications • Active New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification required. • Current resume required. • Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, 1:1 patient care in a school setting or hospital experience preferred. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent customer service and compassionate bedside manner. • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team. • Familiarity with medical equipment and documentation systems. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
