National Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Monarch | Omaha, Nebraska Area | $65,000–$70,000 per year | Full-Time Monarch is hiring a National Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our roving maintenance team based in the Omaha, Nebraska area. This position travels to apartment communities throughout the Midwest and across the country to help with maintenance needs, repairs, and property improvement projects. We’re looking for an experienced apartment maintenance professional who knows the trade, can lead a crew, and takes pride in getting the job done right.
