Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Odoo functional consultant who can lead client engagements end to end, from understanding business needs to delivering scalable Odoo solutions. This role requires a strong mix of business consulting, functional expertise, and client communication. What You Will Do • Work closely with clients to understand business processes and translate them into effective Odoo solutions • Lead requirement discussions, process mapping, and solution design • Configure Odoo modules aligned with client workflows and best practices • Identify gaps and define functional requirements for customisations • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities • Conduct client training and ensure smooth user adoption • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle • Support pre-sales discussions and solution demonstrations What We Are Looking For • 3 to 8+ years of experience in Odoo functional consulting • Strong understanding of core Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, and MRP • Experience handling end-to-end Odoo implementations • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Exposure to data migration, UAT, and go-live processes
