You will be a key player in ensuring a positive buying experience and contributing to the success of our dealership. Responsibilities • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. • Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits. • Negotiate sales terms and prices to close deals effectively. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and financing options. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. • Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth transactions. • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Requirements • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
