What you bring to the table • Prior hotel front desk or guest service experience required (1+ year). • Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera, OnQ, or similar) preferred. • Polished appearance and professional communication skills. • Friendly, confident, and calm under pressure. • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
