Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the dining services and hospitality operations at our Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations within the community, including dining rooms, catering, and special events. - Develop and implement menus that meet nutritional standards and cater to residents' preferences and dietary restrictions. - Supervise and train staff, including servers, cooks, and other hospitality personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols. - Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to meet budgetary goals. - Collaborate with healthcare and activity teams to enhance residents' dining experiences and overall satisfaction. - Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally. - Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations to promote continuous improvement.
