Location & Commitments: • Practice Area/Department: Litigation • Work Location: Hybrid / In-Office options available for this position. • Must reside in Georgia. Responsibilities: • Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings. • Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial. • Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings, and provide legal counsel to clients. • Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf. • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management. • Maintain up-to-date client files for easy access by the team. • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements & Competencies: • Georgia Bar Admission • 5+ years of recent insurance defense experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others. • Must meet billing goal expectations.
