Work Schedule: 75% FTE. Scheduled shifts are 10:00am - 8:30pm, three days per week, every other weekend is required. Hours vary based on the operational needs of the department. The Cook is responsible for hot and cold food production in a high-volume kitchen. Enjoy this fast-paced, team environment while being able to quickly problem-solve and make decisions. We are seeking a Room Service Line Cook to: • Prepare large volumes of food with a high level of complexity, variety, and quality. Prepare entrees, sandwiches, soups, starches, vegetables, sauces, and desserts for general diets and modified diets. • Assess quality and condition of ingredients used in food production. • Prepare food production reports and documentation.
