Extensive onboarding and training are available, with orientation tailored to the candidate's experience level. • Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day work week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) and no call responsibilities. • Practice a broad scope of general cardiology. • Collaborative team environment alongside three cardiologists and four advanced practice providers, offering strong physician support and mentorship. • Manage a reasonable patient volume of approximately 16-18 patients per day, with 30-minute appointment slots that promote quality patient care. • Structured schedule featuring 35 patient-facing clinic hours and 5 administrative hours each week for inbox management and care coordination.
