As an Expeditor, you’re not just ensuring timely delivery of food orders in our dining outlets – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Schedule: Must have open/flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: • Coordinate food orders: Facilitate communication between servers and the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely processing of guest food orders • Monitor ticket times: Track ticket times and follow up with the culinary team to ensure prompt delivery of food orders • Inspect and finalize plates: Garnish and inspect dishes before serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards • Maintain organization and cleanliness: Keep the expediting station clean, organized, and well-stocked to support smooth operations • Collaborate across teams: Partner with servers, culinary staff, and other departments to ensure efficient service and foster a positive and productive work environment • Enhance guest satisfaction: Proactively address any issues with orders to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold service excellence • Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
