Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Drive safety in all aspects of work • Set goals for performance and deadlines that comply with company’s plans and vision • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegate tasks • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching • Maintain time keeping and personnel records • Assist in hiring and training new employees • Assist and coordinate employee site specific training • Oversee and ensure that all test reports are accurate and submitted promptly • Assist and create/maintain manpower and work scope scheduling • Work closely with Job Operations to ensure customer satisfaction • Assign and track vehicles for field service jobs Requirements • Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role • Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field • Book hotels and per diem • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Organizational skills • Leadership skills • Ability to multitask under significant pressure • Proficient with technology, Microsoft Office and Excel
