Minimum Requirements: • Must have previous medical office experience of at least three years with use of medical terminology. • Computer and office experience with good telephone etiquette and customer service skills. • High school graduate with additional education beneficial. • Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
