We're seeking talented, passionate individuals to join our team and help us create memorable dining experiences. Position Overview: We are looking for skilled and motivated AM Line Cooks to join our back-of-house team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring each dish meets our high standards for quality, presentation, and flavor. Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service. • Monitor food stock and notify management of shortages. • Adhere to food safety and health regulations. • Assist in daily prep and other kitchen duties as needed. Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements: • Completion of company-provided in-venue Line Cook training and possession of a valid Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain). • Previous culinary experience strongly preferred, particularly in high-volume kitchen operations. • Demonstrated ability to execute line cook duties effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic culinary environment. • Physical capability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat and cleaning chemicals. • Strong focus and adaptability under pressure in an ever-changing, high-energy atmosphere. • Flexible availability, including the ability to work morning shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
