Prime Group is looking for a Front Desk Night Auditor to deliver an exceptional guest experience and keep our hotel accounts accurate and balanced. Job Summary The Front Desk Night Auditor creates the ultimate guest experience for all guests of our hotel, recognizing, welcoming, serving, and departing all guests and visitors. Primary duties focus on some or all of the following areas, including but not limited to: guest check-in/check-out, night audit, food and beverage service, kitchen, meetings/banquet setup and service, transportation, market, and other guest requests. What You'll Do Including but not limited to: Guest Service Display hospitality, professionalism, and respect toward guests, vendors, and co-workers at all times Comply with PMG Hospitality's Company Standards of Service and Brand Standards, and complete required training Maintain a neat appearance with a complete uniform and name tag; follow all safety and security procedures Keep your supervisor promptly informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance Front Desk Check guests in and out, complete registrations, assign rooms, issue keys, and close out guest accounts Verify credit cards, handle cash, post charges, process payments, and balance an assigned cash bank Answer phones promptly, take and relay messages, and process telephone and walk-in reservations Resolve guest problems and complaints promptly, documenting solutions and informing management Use selling techniques to maximize occupancy and average rate Follow procedures for guest room keys, safety deposit boxes, and protection of guest information Night Audit Verify all daily guest account charges and post room charges so all accounts are current and in balance by 6:00 a.m. Complete credit card transmittals, direct bills, and no-show billings; relocate guests as needed Prepare all daily, monthly, and yearly reports required by the property Act as manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager, Sales Manager, or Front Desk Manager Breakfast Area and Market/Pantry Assist with breakfast bar setup, bussing, and cleanliness while complying with health department standards Stock and maintain the Market/Pantry, alert the Front Desk Manager to low items, and assist with monthly inventory What You Bring High school diploma required; university degree in a related field preferred 3 years of experience in a similar position, including prior experience with brand systems Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills Ability to handle multiple tasks with strict deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Type at least 30 wpm with high proficiency in MS Word and Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with accuracy and attention to detail Basic math and calculator skills Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds Why You'll Love It Here Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a growing organization About Prime Group Prime Group's vertically integrated approach unifies multiple real estate disciplines under a single roof, sharing a multifaceted vision of improved, sustainable real estate development through diverse strengths, strategic affiliates, and talented in-house professionals.
