Full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) position located in Spearfish, South Dakota. Supports patients with individualized treatment plans under an Occupational Therapist in a rural community. Opportunity to grow a career while serving a welcoming town. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver individualized treatment plans under an Occupational Therapist's supervision • Assist patients in improving mobility, independence, and daily living activities • Monitor patient progress and document therapeutic outcomes • Educate patients and families on exercises and home treatment programs • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient care • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and facility guidelines Qualifications: • Associate's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program • Current South Dakota COTA license or eligibility to obtain • NBCOT certification • BLS certification Preferred Skills: • Prior experience in a therapy or rehabilitation setting
