Key Responsibilities: • Provide social, emotional, and behavioral support to students in a school setting. • Develop and implement counseling plans tailored to individual student needs, including autistic support and IEP management. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. • Maintain accurate caseload documentation and tracking. • Foster a supportive, empathetic environment to encourage student growth and well-being. Qualifications: • Pennsylvania Educational Specialist I - School Counselor PK-12 or equivalent with high-school experience. • PA Educational Specialist I - School Counselor PK-12 certification or equivalent. • Minimum 1 year high-school counseling experience, including work with social/emotional and autistic students. • Experience counseling on IEPs with a caseload of approximately 20 students. • Ability to work part-time days. • Strong social/emotional and autism support skills. • Strong communication, empathy, organization, and teamwork skills.
