Prepare and maintain pre-shipment areas. • Research unfamiliar products to ensure accurate identification and categorization. • Determine the appropriate online listing category • Remove damaged, counterfeit, incomplete, or unsuitable merchandise from the online sales process. • Maintain consistent quality standards to reduce customer returns and improve customer satisfaction. • Ability to control inventory • Confirm that merchandise matches the customer order before shipment. • Help maintain shipping supplies and keep the shipping area clean and organized. REQUIREMENTS: • Knowledge of digital photography & editing programs a plus • Frequently standing and walking for extended periods. • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds. • Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders. • Packing & shipping experience preferred. • Employers conduct pre-employment drug screens, which include THC and a background check. • Have the physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, stoop, squat, and reach as required to complete the job.
