As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.06 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 08:00 AMTue12:00 AM - 08:00 AMWed12:00 AM - 08:00 AMThur12:00 AM - 08:00 AMFri12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of financial institution facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity. • Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with established site protocols. • Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: • At least one year of security-related experience is required. • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
