Qualifications Qualifications: • Active, unencumbered Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. • Active BLS Certification. • Ohio IV Therapy Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). • Clear background screening via the Ohio AHCA Clearinghouse. • Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and basic computer/digital charting skills. • Authorized to work in the United States.
