Evolve agent development lifecycle: Adapt established software engineering practices to address the unique challenges of AI agents, specifically regarding non-deterministic behaviors, natural language integration, and LLM dependencies. Accelerate generative agent development: Leverage modern tools like Cursor and Claude Code to speed up agent creation, while exploring the design of harness and self-optimizing systems that improve through real-world usage, user feedback, and self-play loops. What you’ll bring: • 🚀 Experienced: Minimum 3 years in building agentic applications. • 🧠 Technically Strong: Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience in Agentic AI frameworks, architectures, design patterns, knowledge-base, AI-search, retrieval-augmented generation, context engineering, evaluation, and guardrailing. • 🧩 Agentic Thinker: Well-versed in modern AI agent patterns including MCP, A2A, ACP.
