What You’ll Do • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse and production areas • Supply production lines as needed to help maintain continuous operations • Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality, damage, and proper stock rotation • Inspect truck bays and help maintain clean loading and unloading areas • Assist with proper rotation and organization of warehouse inventory • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area • Follow company safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) What We’re Looking For • High school diploma or GED • Previous forklift experience • Dependable with a strong work ethic • Ability to lift 25+ lbs. • Safety-minded and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Located in Marion, IL or the surrounding area Pay & Schedule Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week Job Type: Full-Time | In Person Benefits • Health Insurance • Life Insurance • 401(k) • Paid Time Off • Vacation • Paid Personal Day • Career growth opportunities Ready to Get Started?
