You will: • Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment • Bring learning to life through play-based curriculum • Support children’s growth, confidence, and development • Build meaningful relationships with children and families • Keep classrooms organized while meeting state standards • Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team Who You Are • High School Diploma or GED (Required) • At least two (2) experience in a childcare setting (Required) • CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (Required) • Bilingual in Spanish (A Plus!) • Strong communication and teamwork skills • A positive attitude and passion for working with children • Ability to pass background and health requirements Ready to Love Where You Work?
