What we offer you: • A safe, inclusive environment where employees are valued for their contributions • Career planning, development & growth • Outstanding training programs Why choose Walbridge: • Through industry-leading innovation our company has forged a legacy of quality and safety since our founding in 1916 • Large organization with award-winning projects, yet small enough for you to have an impact • Strong values which have been the foundation of our growth for over 100 years • International, regional and local recognition for stand-out projects, safety, sustainability, culture, wellness and diversity practices Responsibilities • Review and post accounting items and transactions to multiple companies • Complete bank reconciliations for multiple companies • Record daily cash transactions not initiated through A/P or A/R modules in accounting software • Review/ Process monthly employee expense reports via the electronic expense reporting system • Reconcile and record entries for credit card payments • Analyze suspense accounts weekly • Record Inter-company transactions • Create monthly journal entries to record costs as needed • Assist A/P with sending and reconciling EFT payments • Prepare Quarterly and Year End Financial Reports for multiple companies • Scanning and filing as needed Qualifications Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business or accounting or equivalent combinations of training and professional experience • 2+ years of corporate accounting experience • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word software programs • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship Preferred Qualifications • Experience with CMIC and Textura • Construction industry experience EEO/AA Employer M/F/D/V Walbridge is an equal opportunity employer with a culture that promotes diversity in the workforce.
