Associates will be responsible for operating and tending to an industrial sewing machine to sow hospital mattresses in a manufacturing environment. Schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. Pay is $18.00 an hour. Responsibilities • Operate an industrial sewing machine to sow hospital mattresses. • Carry, push, and pull materials up to 30lbs. • Thread machine, change needles and adjust tension as required. • Perform sewing functions in a precise and timely manner. • Meet company quality and production standards • Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Demonstrate strong attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Able to keep up with daily quota. Able to stand and perform stand up sewing in a manufacturing setting. Be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
