Total earning potential up to 105K Cole offers two salary tracks so you can choose the starting point that fits your experience and transition needs. • Track 1 offers a ramp-up period as you learn your new role and settle into Cole’s clinical practices. • Track 2 is designed for established clinicians whose experience prepares them to step into the role at a fuller pace. Both tracks provide a stable base salary with opportunities to earn additional incentives. Both tracks offer a competitive base salary and opportunities to earn additional incentives every pay period with additional bonus opportunities up to $10,000 annually.
