Responsibilities • Manage and grow a portfolio of consumer banking customers by providing personalized financial updates and solutions. • Acquire new-to-bank customers through active prospecting, referrals, and participation in branch marketing events. • Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable wealth management, deposit, and insurance products. • Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal branch teams and product specialists to maximize cross-selling opportunities. • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, operational risk procedures, and bank policies.
