Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred • Current Texas Pharmacist License (or obtain within 90 days of employment) • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment • ACLS certification required for inpatient positions (or within 6 months of hire) • IV Sterile Certification required for inpatient positions and Fondren Pharmacy • Texas Pharmacist Preceptor Certification preferred • Minimum of 2 years of progressive pharmacy experience in an outpatient or inpatient setting • PGY1 ASHP-accredited residency highly preferred • Strong analytical, research, and leadership skills • Excellent written communication skills • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Join Harris Health and help lead a dedicated pharmacy team committed to delivering exceptional medication management while making a meaningful impact on the health of the Harris County community.
